Daniel Dade

Daniel Dade, a music professional from central Michigan, has committed himself to being a multifaceted asset for any organization he has the pleasure to be involved with. After earning his Bachelor of Music Education from Michigan State University in 2021, Dan has excelled in his career rapidly. As an educator, Dan is in his third year of teaching choral music and music production at Grand Ledge High School and Beagle Middle School, while simultaneously working as the Percussion Director and Arranger at Walled Lake Northern High School's Marching Band. Dan's connection to music is ingrained with a deep understanding of both vocal and instrumental music that ventures into the world of composition as well. His music has been performed by concert bands and choirs ranging from universities across the United States, such as the University of Georgia, Oakland University, and UC Berkeley, to military bands like the Third Marine Aircraft Wing Band.

Most recently, Dan has helped lead Walled Lake Northern High School to achieving high scores at the Michigan Band and Orchestra Association's Marching Band festival for nine consecutive years. In addition, during his time at Grand Ledge High School, Dan's students have received excellent ratings at both the District and State level of MSVMA's Solo & Ensemble assessments, competed and placed in the International Competition of High School A Cappella, and have performed at the 2022 ACDA MI Conference. Dan has developed a commitment to versatility and excellence in music, and his students continue to achieve this as well.
